House Surveys

General Property surveys are required for most applications or developments. These can include a plan required for an application to council to build a new fence or patio through to a complete building setout, maybe you need your Boundary pegs replaced for new fencing.

Feature and contour surveys

A Feature survey is an accurate map of any natural or man made object in any environment. The amount of detail in any survey depends on the client's request. Typically we would include the measurement and plotting of the site, with a depiction of all features, with contour details, and the location of sewerage lines, power lines and existing services. Surveys are generally done to local council or Main Road specifications.

Council approved plans

Sometimes during your applications to council to build a new pool, patio, fence or wall, the council may ask for a site or feature survey to show your existing residence and locations of buildings and their proximity to fencing or neighbours buildings. They do this so they can get an accurate idea of how your new extension or patio or fence can impact on the current structures.

Boundary Re-establishment

Re-establishing your boundaries for new building or fence lines including guidance over boundary disputes.

Building set-out

Setout of your new building pad or footings so your bricklayer or concretor can ensure your building is accurately located in relation to your site boundaries.

Home Extensions and add-ons

Whether your building up or out, you will require a survey by a qualified surveyor to ensure your local council is happy with your planned development
